Hey Guys and Girls, Coach Nate here! I Just want to say how much I miss you all. I can't wait to see you again. Until we are able to make our way back to school I want to provide you with some videos to help stay active at home. The great thing about these workouts is that NO EQUIPMENT is needed.

 

There are hundreds of different styles of workouts that you can do to stay active; traditional exercise, yoga, stretching and hip-hop just to name a few.  We will get a chance to explore in the weeks to come. There will be one workout posted per week for you to perform. These workouts work best if performed 2-3 times per week. I will also add a devotion to encourage us all in these trying times.

Hopefully your abs are still intact after last weeks workout! If you notice, I removed the grade ranges for the videos this week. You can choose any workout you please. I also added some movie and video game themed workouts as well. Enjoy!
